Summary:

Presales & Solutions Architect | MYWAVE.ai | USA - East Coast, Remote

MyWave.ai | Partner with us

MyWave is a universal agentic AI platform. MyWave Create generates and deploys secure, governed agents in conversation, drawing on ontology best practice across 27 industries, and runs them across the whole enterprise estate - SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Business One and non-SAP systems of record such as Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow. We are SAP certified on BTP, work with Joule and extend it, and smooth RISE and GROW with agents that solve the edge cases and complex processes standard SAP doesn't fit.

Our customers are global enterprises. Our route to market runs through around 70 SI and SAP partners globally, as well as direct. We have offices in the USA, UK, India, Australia and New Zealand and a growing virtual team across every time zone.

In this position...

Qualify it. Architect it. Prove it. Close it.
You will be the technical and commercial face of MyWave to partners and customers across the USA and EMEA, based on the East Coast of the USA so you can cover both in the same working day. You work day to day with the Partner Director, our sales team and the Agentic CoE.

You own the solution from first conversation to signed deal: qualify the use case, architect it against the customer's SAP and non-SAP landscape, build and demonstrate the agents that prove it, and close alongside our partners and our own sales team. You then hand over to the Agentic CoE and the partner so they can build and run agents themselves.

You do not need to arrive as an agentic AI expert. You need to arrive as a strong SAP solution architect with deep process knowledge and the appetite to learn. The platform is powerful and full training will be given.

What You'll Own...

Presales and solution design
  • Lead discovery with customers and partners: understand the business process, the pain, the systems of record involved and the governance and policy constraints.
  • Architect the agent solution against the customer's landscape - SAP ECC, S/4HANA (on-premise, private and public cloud), SAP Business One and the surrounding non-SAP estate.
  • Map the target process to industry best practice from MyWave's ontologies and show where agents remove manual work, error and delay.
  • Position MyWave correctly alongside SAP Joule, RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP - where we work with Joule and extend it, and where we solve what standard SAP doesn't fit.
  • Own the technical response to RFPs, RFIs and security and architecture reviews.
Build and demonstrate
  • Generate, configure and deploy agents on the MyWave platform against SAP and non-SAP systems, using the MCP servers for S/4HANA and Business One and the MyWave Runtime.
  • Build tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilots that prove value on the customer's own processes and data.
  • Present to CIOs, CFOs, process owners and SAP architecture teams with equal credibility.
  • Feed what you learn in the field back to Product - gaps, patterns, ontology extensions and new use cases.
Partners and customers
  • Act as the solution architect on partner-led pursuits with our GSI, SI and SAP partners in the US and EMEA, and enable their SAP practices to sell, architect and deliver MyWave.
  • Hand over cleanly to the Agentic CoE for deployment and skills transfer, and stay close through first go-live to protect the reference.
Closing
  • Work deals jointly with our sales team and partner sales teams from qualification to close - you carry the technical win and share accountability for the commercial outcome.
  • Contribute to pricing, scope and statement-of-work definition for the solution you have designed.
CoE
  • Contribute reusable assets to the Agentic CoE: reference architectures, demo agents, industry process playbooks and enablement material.
  • Share US and EMEA patterns and learnings with CoE colleagues in the other regions.

What Makes You a Great Fit...

SAP and process
  • 5+ years as an SAP solution architect, functional architect or senior consultant in a presales, delivery or SI environment.
  • Hands-on architecture experience across SAP ECC and S/4HANA - at least two core process areas in depth (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Plan to Produce, Hire to Retire) and a working view of the rest.
  • Understanding of, or direct experience with, RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP - the migration paths, what changes for the customer, and where the gaps and edge cases sit.
  • Knowledge of how the same processes apply in SAP Business One and in other systems of record (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday or similar).
  • Track record of working deals to close with sales teams and SI partners.
Technical
  • Comfortable with SAP integration and extension: APIs, OData, BTP, IDocs and BAPIs, and how data and authorisations flow between systems.
  • Enough technical depth to learn to generate, configure and deploy agents on MyWave: data models, APIs, authentication (SSO, OAuth) and the concept of MCP servers or equivalent tool integration.
  • Working knowledge of agentic AI, LLMs or automation is an advantage but not required - we will train you.
  • Able to reason about governance: roles, authorisations, policy boundaries, audit and what must stay deterministic.
Industry and process
  • Deep knowledge of at least one industry's end-to-end processes (manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, utilities, public sector, chemicals, financial services or similar) and the ability to apply best practice to a customer's process.
  • Able to spot where a process breaks, quantify the cost and show how an agent fixes it.
Communication
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - you hold a room of executives and a room of SAP architects, and you write clearly.
  • Consultative style: you listen first, challenge constructively and transfer knowledge rather than hoard it.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or a European language is a strong plus.
  • Based on the East Coast of the USA with the right to work, comfortable flexing hours to cover EMEA, and willing to travel across the US and to EMEA as pursuits require.

Bonus Points...

  • SAP certifications (S/4HANA functional, BTP or architecture).
  • Experience inside a large SI's SAP practice or an SAP partner, and an existing network in the US or EMEA SAP ecosystem.
  • Prior presales or bid ownership in a software vendor.
  • Exposure to regulated industries and compliance frameworks (SOX, IFRS, GDPR) and how they constrain automation.
  • Experience with Joule, Joule Studio or SAP Build.
  • Any hands-on work with LLM tooling, prompt design, agent frameworks, MCP or A2A.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
