In this position...

We are looking for a hands-on Partner Manager to recruit, onboard and enable partners, then work alongside them to generate pipeline and revenue across EMEA. Working closely with the VP Partnerships and Client Growth, you will help build a developing partner programme and turn partner relationships into active selling teams and successful client outcomes.
The initial focus is the SAP ecosystem, including partners working with SAP Business One, SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. You will bring active relationships with SAP resellers, systems integrators or consultancies, together with practical experience taking partners from onboarding through to their first deal and ongoing revenue.
This is an individual contributor role with day-to-day responsibility for partner activity and commercial delivery. It suits someone who enjoys working directly with partners, coordinating enablement and progressing opportunities.

What You'll Own...

  • Identify, qualify and recruit SAP resellers, systems integrators and consultancies across priority EMEA markets.
  • Manage partner onboarding, including commercial alignment, coordinating contracts, agreeing launch plans and organising product and sales enablement.
  • Build practical joint business plans with target accounts, named opportunities, agreed actions, enablement milestones and revenue goals.
  • Activate partners through regular engagement, joint prospecting, campaigns and customer meetings, supporting them from onboarding to first opportunity and first revenue.
  • Work alongside partner sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop business cases, prepare proposals and progress deals through negotiation and close.
  • Deliver agreed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets; track partner activity, conversion and contribution.
  • Build relationships with partner sales leaders, practice leads and client decision-makers, maintaining a clear operating rhythm and follow-through.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Technical Enablement to support partner readiness, client handover, deployment and adoption.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, forecasts and next actions, and provide clear reporting on partner performance.
  • Gather partner and client feedback to improve onboarding, enablement, positioning and the partner programme; attend relevant partner meetings and industry events.

What Makes You a Great Fit...

  • A proven track record in partnerships, channels or alliances within enterprise software, ERP, cloud or a related technology market. Candidates with 10+ years of relevant partnerships experience will be considered; a Commercial Director background is not required.
  • Direct personal experience recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners, with clear examples of the actions taken and results achieved.
  • Measurable revenue generated through partners, including examples of taking newly onboarded partners through to their first deal and repeat business.
  • Active relationships with SAP resellers, systems integrators or consultancies, and the ability to engage relevant commercial decision-makers.
  • Practical experience developing joint business plans and selling alongside partners, ideally across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Experience managing commercial targets, a partner opportunity pipeline, CRM records and forecasts.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and follow through in a remote environment.
  • An interest in agentic AI and intelligent automation, and the ability to explain their business value to partners and clients.
  • SAP technical knowledge, training or certifications are useful supporting skills, but do not substitute for an active SAP partner network and demonstrated success onboarding partners and generating revenue through them.

Bonus Points...

  • Helping build or improve a partner programme in an early-stage or growing technology business.
  • Working with partners serving SAP Business One, SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA customers.
  • Selling emerging enterprise technology through partners and supporting recurring revenue, customer adoption and partner-enabled delivery.
  • Partners complete onboarding and enablement with clear business plans, engaged sales teams and agreed next actions.
  • New partners progress to qualified opportunities, first deals and repeat revenue.
  • A growing, measurable contribution of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Accurate forecasts, consistent partner engagement and effective coordination through client deployment and adoption.
